Mike was recommended to us by our mortgage broker as one of the best real estate agents he's ever worked with, and if we followed his advice we'd have a home in no time. We called Mike after we had been pre-approved and he responded to our call right away and met up with us the next day. We had a very specific price range we were looking for and Mike never tried to persuade us out of it, which we really appreciated. We were looking for a condo in the North Hollywood/Burbank area but Mike also sent us listings for Glendale and Sherman Oaks which we had never considered. After letting Mike know which listings we were interested in, Mike took us to look at three of them. We fell instantly in love with the second condo we looked at in Sherman Oaks (the area Mike recommended, that we had never considered), but we were sure our offer would never be accepted since we could only afford a little over the asking price. Mike got right on it, organized a concrete offer, had us write a cover letter, and contacted the buyer and within 48 hours our offer had been accepted. This all happened within a week of Mike's call.
